Join our volunteer Facebook group to get detailed information on the application process for being a CCPS volunteer; chat and connect with other volunteers; and get the inside scoop on upcoming events and programs!
Volunteer Applications can be downloaded from the link above and filled out, or picked up in the front office. They are reviewed and submitted to the administration for approval. You won't hear from us unless there is a problem with your application. No news is good news, you can assume you've been approved!
After your Volunteer Application has been approved, please sign up for anything you're interested in! If the timing isn't exactly right for your schedule, please reach out to us, we are flexible and would love to give everyone an opportunity to participate. If events aren't your thing and you prefer planning or participating behind the scenes, we need your help too!

While the PTA has a wide range of volunteer opportunities, Caroline County Public Schools does have certain protocols in place for volunteering in school, and can require additional steps for volunteer opportunities unrelated to PTA.
